1. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. (Mountain). Honey Bear is closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, Christmas Day.

2. Orders must be received by 12:00 noon (Mountain) for same-day processing. Orders received after 12:00 noon (Mountain) will be processed the next business day.

3. Denver Metro delivery orders are delivered during the day by contracted local professional delivery companies. If the recipient is not home, the delivery company will attempt to leave the Gift Basket with a neighbor, or put in a secure location.  If we are experiencing extremely high or low temperatures and no one is home, the Gift Basket will be returned to the store for redelivery and additional charges will need to be accessed.  When you place your order consider sending the Gift Basket to the recipients business address

4. Orders placed in and for December are subject to being processed on the second or third business day after receipt.

5. We will not ship fresh fruit if we know that the temperature is going to be 20 degrees or less at the point of shipment or destination, in which case you have the option to delay the shipment (usually a couple of days) or to change your order to non-perishable items.

SHIPPING SERVICES

1. Honey Bear requires UPS 2-day or Overnight service (outside Colorado) on any basket containing fresh fruit.

2. UPS Ground (1 day) may be used within Colorado on fresh fruit baskets.

3. UPS Ground may be used outside Colorado with any basket or gift that does NOT include fresh fruit.

SHIPPING FRESH FRUIT TO CALIFORNIA

Due to stringent regulations by the Department of Agriculture, the only fresh fruit we can ship into California must be grown in California, Oregon, or Washington. During certain times of the year, this limits the selection of fruit that we are able to use for California orders.
